Beginning of Jam
Jam from the fam is an Australian-born American-made Chili jam start up founded by Ron Rose and Cassandra Di Censo. It’s a beautiful combination of sweet/spice that will shock your taste buds with every bite. Goes well with any meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a late night snack. The recipe originated from Cassandra’s father’s kitchen in Melbourne Australia.
The jam appealed to Ron and Cass so much they felt obligated to bring its deliciousness to the states so family and friends could give it a try. Everyone raved over their first bite of jam and convinced the couple to share it with the world. So they created the company Jam from the fam, inspired by their visit to Melbourne.
Absolutely fantastic! I’ve tried the chili jam on Italian sausage, chips, and added it to other meals. I’m always excited when I can add it to something because it’s the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. It’s made with love and tastes fresh.
