Beginning of Jam
Jam from the fam is an Australian-born American-made Chili jam start up founded by Ron Rose and Cassandra Di Censo. It’s a beautiful combination of sweet/spice that will shock your taste buds with every bite. Goes well with any meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a late night snack. The recipe originated from Cassandra’s father’s kitchen in Melbourne Australia.
The jam appealed to Ron and Cass so much they felt obligated to bring its deliciousness to the states so family and friends could give it a try. Everyone raved over their first bite of jam and convinced the couple to share it with the world. So they created the company Jam from the fam, inspired by their visit to Melbourne.
The chili jam was right up my alley. The perfect blend of spicy heat with a sweet finish. It went great with a nice brie and wine I had with the lady. Amazing on basically anything from baguettes to homemade burgers 💣
